Popnotch Goods started with a simple question: what makes better popcorn?

To answer it, we began growing our own popcorn on our family farm in Illinois. Through planting, harvesting, and testing varieties ourselves, we developed a deep understanding of what creates superior texture and flavor.

Some seasons, our harvest becomes the popcorn you’re enjoying today. Other times, if a crop doesn’t meet our quality standards, we source from trusted growers who meet the same bar.

No matter where the kernel comes from, one thing stays the same: it has to perform.
